For adults, the department's wellness offerings have expanded to include two new early morning fitness classes: STRONG, a high-intensity interval training workout by Zumba, and Country Dance Fitness, a high-energy, low-impact, country dance-inspired fitness program. Daytime offerings include favorites like Healthy Bones and Balance, Nia, Yoga, and Tai Chi. New daytime offerings include Body Sculpt and Pilates Sculpt, as well as an Indoor Walk and Fit program - a free opportunity to enjoy a warm, dry place to walk this winter. Wilsonville Thrive! also returns with a new Lunch and Learn program where participants will embark on a collaborative journey through Brene Brown's book, "The Gifts of Imperfection". Feed your creativity by trying your hand at watercolor or acrylic painting, or a variety of knitting classes.
