How do I reserve a shelter?
Reservations are on a first-come first-served basis. The Park Shelter / Field Rental Application is available online and at the Parks and Recreation Administrative Offices. The completed application, along with all fees, must be submitted in order to reserve the shelter. A permit will be mailed to you upon approval of your event.

A certificate of liability insurance with limit of each occurrence of at least $1M and supporting Additional Insured Endorsement are required for all shelter and facility reservations.
