Grant Programs
Overview
The City of Wilsonville offers three grant opportunities available to both individuals and organizations. The grants are designed to financially assist projects that benefit the Wilsonville community.
The grants, the Community Opportunity Grant, Community Cultural Events and Programs Grant, and the Wilsonville - Metro Community Enhacemnet Grant, have unique criteria, funding deadlines, and award amounts.
Community Opportunity Grant
The Community Opportunity Grant program, with funds distributed twice per year for a total of $25,000, provides funding for a wide range of local programs and projects in Wilsonville. Funds for the Opportunity Grant program come from the City’s general fund. Successful applications for the Community Opportunity Grant program include proposals aimed at promoting education, diversity, arts, community involvement in the city and those programs that will benefit youth and the older adult population.
The next deadline for grant submissions is Friday, March 7, 2025.

Community Cultural Events and Programs Grant
Non Profit Organizations are encouraged to apply to the Community Cultural Events & Programs (CCEP) Grant. The grant is intended to aid local Non-profits to produce projects, programs, or events that promote arts, culture, history and heritage; and for festivals and special events for the benefit of the Wilsonville Community. Funding for this grant program is $25,000 (total) – which is disbursed to multiple organizations. The City of Wilsonville’s Arts, Culture and Heritage Commission will be reviewing applications to make recommendations to the City Council according to the criteria and the intent of the grant program. The funds are made available from the City of Wilsonville General Fund.
The next deadline for grant submissions is Friday, November 15, 2024.
Review Date is Wednesday, December 4, 2024.

WIlsonville - Metro Community Enhancement Grant
The Wilsonville-Metro Community Enhancement Program (CEP) provides funding annually to to complete projects that improve the city's appearance or environmental quality, increase reuse and recycling opportunities or improve recreational areas and programs. The Wilsonville - Metro Community Ehnancement Committee reviews applications annually before making recommendations to the City Council according to the criteria and the intent of the grant program. Funds collected under the Metro Community Enhancement Program and Community Investement Fee Program are used to fund this program. The funding amount varies each year.
Organizations that seek to sponsor projects are encouraged to contact the CEP administrator to review the prospective fit of the proposed project (pre-application meetings are required). All projects must take place within city limits and must be completed within two years after funding becomes available.
