Calling all tree planters! Your help is needed to help to plant shade tolerant trees, native shrubs, and ferns at one of Friends of Trees' original planting sites in Memorial Park!
It's been more than 20 years since Friends of Trees and the City of Wilsonville worked together to plant a section of field near the Willamette River. Now that area has the beginnings of a healthy growing forest, we're ready to add the understory plants to give this patch of habitat an important boost!
Many hands make for light work, so join us for a morning of volunteering. This event would not be possible without community support!
Groups and individuals are needed. Save your place by scrolling to Nov 16 on the Friends of Trees online calendar, click on the Memorial Park event, and fill out the quick registration form.
