Memorial Park Nature Play Project
About the project
Nature Play areas are outdoor spaces designated for play that are made of natural components. Parks and Recreation is creating a fenced nature play area in Memorial Park which will be roughly 20,000 sqft. The Nature Play area will include logs, stepping pods, a balance beam, a dry river bed, boulders, a sand box, a fort-making area, and benches. All materials used are locally sourced.
