The Kitakata sister city advisory board welcomes you to 'Sounds of Japan' at the Wilsonville community center. This free event will feature musical performances from Oregon koto-kai and Portland taiko. traditional Japanese tea and snacks will be available at no cost while supplies last. while this event is free, Pre-registration is required due to room capacity limits.
