Planning Forms & Fees
The Planning Division would like to inform our customers that fees increase annually on or before February 28th as authorized in Resolution 2620. If you are submitting an application in late-January or February please contact the Planning Division to verify current fees for the day you will be submitting your application.
On June 15, 2026, City Council approved an amendment to the Planning Fee Schedule to clarify how fees are calculated for new development . (Resolution No. 3271)
