The purpose of this public hearing is to consider public testimony on a proposed Ordinance No. 903 entitled:

Willlamette River Greenway Conditional Use Permit: A proposal for reconfiguration of the house at 10671 SW Edgewood Court. Because the structure is located within the Willamette River Greenway, a Conditional Use Permit is required. The proposed site improvements are located to minimize or reduce impacts on the Greenway and Significant Resource Overlay Zone.

Frog Pond Stafford Ridge 336-Lot Residential Subdivision: A proposal for annexation to the City of Wilsonville and rezoning of approximately 80 acres and development plans for a 336-lot residential subdivision located at the northeast corner of Stafford Road and Advance Road.
May 5, 2026 — At the May 4, 2026, meeting of the Wilsonville City Council, the Council authorized the continuation of an intergovernmental agreement with Metro that allows the City to accept Community Enhancement Fees (CEF) and Community Investment Fees (CIF) to offset the impacts of the Ridder Rd. waste transfer station. The City expects to receive more than $80,000 this fiscal year, which is to be redistributed into the community through the Wilsonville-Metro Community Enhancement Program.
On second reading, the City Council adopted an amendment to City code that revises the definition of an abandoned vehicle. This action reduces the duration allowed for parking on public streets from 72 hours to 48 hours, except where otherwise noted.

April 22, 2026 — At the April 20, 2026, meeting of the Wilsonville City Council, Mayor Shawn O’Neil delivered the annual State of the City address, sharing a summary of the Council’s recent work to move the City forward. The address called upon the community to work together and to build a more vibrant Wilsonville where future generations continue to feel welcome and enjoy a high quality of life.

April 7, 2026 — At the April 6, 2026, meeting of the Wilsonville City Council, the City Council adopted an abatement program aimed at curtailing graffiti vandalism in Wilsonville. The program includes three elements: cash incentives for tips that lead to apprehension of vandals, a reimbursement program to mitigate the cost of clean-up and repairs, and a ‘graffiti removal loaner kit’ program to assist residents and volunteer groups in the removal of graffiti on private property.
iONNA Electric Vehicle Charging Station: A proposal for an electric vehicle (EV) charging station with 16 EV charging stalls and an amenities building housing restrooms and vending machines at 9025 SW Barber St.
April 7, 2026 —Megan Big John has joined the City’s executive team as the new Director of Parks and Recreation, City Manager Jeanna Troha announced today.
With more than 20 years of relevant experience in the public sector, Big John oversees the City's expansive network of parks and open spaces, as well as the City’s recreational programs, camps and community events. She leads a dedicated team of parks and recreation professionals committed to providing recreational opportunities for Wilsonville residents of all ages and backgrounds.
“Megan’s diverse background and collaborative spirit make her a perfect fit for this community. She is passionate about creating experiences that bring people joy through parks and recreation,” Troha said.

March 30, 2025 — City of Wilsonville Mayor Shawn O’Neil is scheduled to present the annual State of the City address at the April 20 meeting of the Wilsonville City Council, which takes place at 7 pm at Wilsonville City Hall (29799 SW Town Center Loop E.).
Each year, the traditional State of the City address celebrates the City’s recent achievements, and offers progress and insight on new initiatives, challenges, opportunities, and aspirations. This year, Mayor O’Neil’s remarks will highlight the strength of Wilsonville’s community and the responsibility that all community stakeholders share to shape the City’s future for the next generation.
March 25, 2026 — The City of Wilsonville is recruiting applicants who are interested in serving on one of the many volunteer Boards and Commissions that provide guidance and oversight of City programs.
The City Council seeks to immediately fill one vacant seat on the Budget Committee before May meetings to consider the City’s 2026-27 fiscal year Budget. Applications may be submitted online from now until the March 31 deadline.

March 17, 2026 — At the March 16, 2026, meeting of the Wilsonville City Council, the City Council adopted the first increase in sewer utility fees since 2014 to address critical capital improvements at the City’s Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) over the next several years. With these new rates, the Council also adopted a utility assistance program to provide some financial relief for qualifying households.
March 11, 2026 — The City of Wilsonville has launched its scientifically-valid 2026 National Community Survey (NCS), administered every two years to gauge resident attitudes pertaining to quality of life and services provided by the City.
Conducting the NCS helps ensure that the City’s programs and policies meet the needs and desires of Wilsonville residents. Data collected from the survey informs the City Council’s two-year goal-setting efforts.
March 3, 2026 — At the March 2, 2026, meeting of the Wilsonville City Council, the Council authorized the establishment of a limited-duration task force to review and consider revisions to Wilsonville Town Center zoning code that pertains to a provision allowing waivers to maximum building height in some circumstances. The Council is seeking to address community members’ concerns about the maximum allowable height of multi-use residences that could be developed within Town Center.

February 20, 2026— At the February 19, 2026, meeting of the Wilsonville City Council, the Council announced its selection of Jeanna Troha as Wilsonville’s next city manager. Troha has served as Wilsonville’s assistant city manager since 2007 and has more than 25 years of civic leadership experience.
