Elligsen Well Upgrades and Maintenance

Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision for the physical and chemical rehabilitation of Elligsen Well casing and liner, the replacement of existing pumping equipment at Elligsen Well, evaluation and investigatory down-hole work at two Charbonneau wells, and performance of such additional and incidental work as called for by the Specifications and Contract Documents. Physical rehabilitation at Elligsen consists of brushing of well casing and liner followed by the cleaning of perforated interval by pulsation. Chemical rehabilitation at Elligsen consists of injection of a phosphoric acid solution to reduce pH levels for a defined period, followed by surging the solution throughout the screen assembly, and then neutralizing and disposing of solution.

Specifications and Contract Documents are available on Friday, September 11, 2020, after 8:00 a.m., at the City of Wilsonville, 29799 SW Town Center Loop East, Wilsonville, Oregon 97070.  Copies of the Project Specifications and Contract Documents may be purchased for $35.00 each from the City of Wilsonville.  Bidders may also download them at www.questcdn.com and input #7308710.  Requests for documents to be mailed via overnight express shall be accompanied by a separate check in the amount of $35.00.  The City shall not be held responsible for the receipt of documents sent via mail.
