Private Projects

The Engineering Division oversees the design and construction of any public infrastructure and utility systems required of private development that will be dedicated and maintained by the City. This includes street improvements, driveways, curbs, and sidewalks, trails, as well as water, storm, and sanitary systems.

Private projects are divided into commercial / industrial and residential. Private projects that have received Development Review Board approval and are currently being designed and/or constructed can be found on our Current Projects page.
