The Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision for five waterline projects as follows:
- Replacement of approximately 640 LF of 8-inch ductile iron water pipeline and associated joints and fittings on SW Jackson Way
- Replacement of approximately 665 LF of 8-inch ductile iron water pipeline and associated joints and fittings and 220 LF of 6-inch ductile iron water pipeline and associated joints and fittings on SW Evergreen Ct
- Installation of approximately 25 LF of new 8-inch ductile iron pipe and associated joints and fittings on SW Seely Ave
- Installation of approximately 195 LF of new 8-inch ductile iron pipe and associated joints and fittings at Canyon Creek Apartments on SW Canyon Creek Rd
- Installation of approximately 165 LF of new 8-inch ductile iron pipe and associated joints and fittings at Sundial Apartments on SW Vlahos Dr
New ductile iron pipe ranges in size from 6-inch to 8-inch, and installations include connection to existing ductile iron pipe, abandonment of existing system (2 locations), asphalt trench patching, curb ramp installation, and performance of such additional and incidental work as called for by the Specifications and Contract Documents.
The Engineer’s estimate for this project is $1,050,000.
Specifications and Contract Documents are available on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, after 8:00 a.m., at the City of Wilsonville, 29799 SW Town Center Loop East, Wilsonville, Oregon 97070. Copies of the Project Specifications and Contract Documents may be purchased for $35.00 each from the City of Wilsonville. Bidders may also download them at www.questcdn.com and input #8326902. Requests for documents to be mailed via overnight express shall be accompanied by a separate check in the amount of $35.00. The City shall not be held responsible for the receipt of documents sent via mail.
