Public Notice: Notice of Intent to Establish Contract through an Interstate Cooperative Procurement

The City of Wilsonville (“City”) intends to enter into a contract with CUES, Inc. through an interstate cooperative procurement.

The City intends to purchase one (1) TV inspection van.  The estimated amount of the procurement is $125,509.  The administering contracting agency is the Houston-Galveston Area Council (Cooperative Agreement – CUES, Inc. – Public Services – 20-01546 ID: 6049).

Comments regarding the City’s intent to establish a contract through this interstate cooperative procurement must be submitted to the City’s Project Manager, Scott Simonton, at simonton@ci.wilsonville.or.us no later than 5:00 pm PDT on Monday, July 10, 2023.
