The City of Wilsonville is soliciting Proposals from firms experienced in providing construction inspection services. Requested services include general construction inspection and observation of City road and utility improvements, erosion and sediment control inspection and documentation, traffic control inspection, curb ramp inspection and documentation, traffic and pedestrian signal improvement inspections, materials and special testing coordination and observation, and other related services.  Work is expected to occur Fall 2022 and continue through the end of 2024. 

The City’s purpose in using this process will be to evaluate and rank qualified firms who have a demonstrated ability to successfully complete projects of similar types, leading to a negotiated Time and Materials Not to Exceed Professional Services Agreement.  The estimated cost range for the services is $500,000 to $700,000.

Sealed proposals for the Willamette Water Supply PLM 1.3: Construction Inspection of City Infrastructure project will be received at Wilsonville City Hall located at 29799 SW Town Center Loop East, Wilsonville, OR 97070 until Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 2:00 pm.  Proposals will be scored and ranked on a qualification basis.  Proposals received after the listed time and date due will be returned unopened and without review.  Electronically mailed or faxed proposals will not be accepted.
