Attendees can expect to learn some Oregon history from former and current walnut and hazelnut growers, take a walk among the trees, tour the historic Stein-Boozier barn and see original nut dryer shed. The event includes light refreshments and samples of Oregon nut products.
August 3, 2021 — At the August 2, 2021, meeting of the Wilsonville City Council, the Council approved the allocation of $80,500 in Community Enhancement funds at the recommendation of the Wilsonville-Metro Community Enhancement Committee. Additionally, the Council authorized the City’s use of an alternative contracting method to contract the Boeckman Road Corridor Project. The use of Progressive Design Build (PDB) contracting provides better coordination and collaboration on the Boeckman Dip Bridge project and three interconnected projects along the Boeckman Road corridor. The improved coordination yields cost savings on the project, which is scheduled to get underway in 2023.
