Rights & Restrictions

The Emery and Alice Aden Digital Image Collection serves as a historical resource for personal study and research. The Wilsonville-Boones Ferry Historical Society and the Wilsonville Public Library do not grant permission to reproduce or redistribute, in part or in full, any image contained herein. 

The user retains all responsibilities to determine the copyright status for each image. The user must also execute all permissions before publishing or distributing any material in this collection. A review of all applicable rights to each image may include copyright, donor restrictions, publicity rights, privacy rights,  trademarks, and licensing. The user must also obtain a written permission from the Wilsonville-Boones Ferry HIstorical Society before publishing or distributing any images.
