Clackamas County, in partnership with Washington County, Clean Water Services and the City of Wilsonville, is undertaking a project to build a roundabout at the intersection of 6th Ave., Stafford Rd., and Elligsen Rd. This project is widening the travel lanes to 12 feet, adding bike lanes, replacing the culvert at Boeckman Creek under the intersection with a fish passable culvert, and adding stormwater facilities.
Interested parties are invited to an in-person open house at Wilsonville City Hall on Tuesday, Feb. 11, 5:30-7:30 pm. At this drop-in event, guests can learn more about the project and get questions answered by the project leaders.
Project timeline:
- Design: October 2024 – Dec 2026
- Right of way: Fall 2025 – Spring 2027
- Construction: Spring 2027 – Winter 2028/2029
This $14 million project is funded by the Community Road Fund and transportation system development charges, City of Wilsonville funds, and Washington County funds.
Clackamas County's project website will include construction schedule updates as well as a video presentation delivered to the Stafford Hamlet.
