Pay by Text

You must be Registered Online for Pay by Text 

Pay by text enrollment 

  • Log into your account www.invoicecloud.com/wilsonvilleor 
  • On the right hand side, click the "Pay by Text" box 
  • Follow the prompts on the screen and click "Save my Changes" (green box)
  • Enter a Mobile Phone Number and click "Save my Changes" (green box)
  • You will be instructed to check your mobile phone 
  • Reply "Ok" to text message received in order to complete the registration 
  • Once completed you can go back to your dashboard by selecting the home icon located at the upper right hand side of the page. 
  • Text by Pay will now be in green and say 'Enrolled'

 

Text NOTIFICATIONS 

  • You will receive a text notification when the bill is available.
  • The text message will include the balance due with a link to the Customer Portal .
  • If you have a stored Payment Method, there will be an option to respond "Ok" to pay 

 

update phone number 

  • Log into your account www.invoicecloud.com/wilsonvilleor 
  • At the top of the screen, select "My Profile"
  • On the right hand side, click the "Pay by Text" box 
  • Override the phone number listed and click "Save my Changes" (green box)
  • You will be instructed to check your mobile phone 
  • Reply "Ok" to text message received in order to complete the registration 
  • Once completed you can go back to your dashboard by selecting the home icon located at the upper right hand side of the page. 
  • Text by Pay will now be in green and say 'Enrolled'
  • The previous number will receive a message advising they will no longer receive Pay by Text notifications 

 

Canceling pay by text  

  • Log into your account www.invoicecloud.com/wilsonvilleor 
  • On the right hand side, click the "Pay by Text" box 
  • Select the Cancelation link at the bottom of the page 
  • Or reply "Stop" to the text message
