Paperless Enrollment

You must be Registered Online to set up Paperless billing 

Paperless Enrollment

  • Log into your account www.invoicecloud.com/wilsonvilleor 
  • On the right hand side, click the "Paperless" box 
  • Follow the prompts on the screen and click "Save my Changes" (green box)
  • Once completed you can go back to your dashboard by selecting the home icon located at the upper right hand side of the page
  • Paperless will not be in green and say "Enrolled" 

 

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS 

You will receive notifications and alerts from InvoiceCloud (web portal host) and notifications will be sent on behalf of the City. 

  • Please add no-reply@invoicecloud.net to your safe senders list
  • You will receive an email with the monthly invoice by the 10th of each month
  • Courtesy email reminders are sent for unpaid balances and upcoming scheduled payments 
  • If you wish to not receive notifications you can Opt-Out by going to 'My Profile', 'Update My User Information' and select the box under 'Unsubscribe from Invoice Notifications'.

 

Update Email Address 

  • Log into your account www.invoicecloud.com/wilsonvilleor 
  • At the top of the screen, select "My Profile"
  • From the drop down menu, select "Update My User Info" 
    • Email Address
      • Primary email for the account for notifications
      • Update by overriding the existing email 
    • Courtesy Email Address
      • Secondary email for account notifications
